Privacy policy
Reaktion.com ApS · Last updated 17 September 2026
This policy explains how Reaktion.com ApS, Vestre Paradisvej 9, 2840 Holte, Denmark (“Reaktion”, “we”) processes personal data when you use reaktion-certification.com. Reaktion is the data controller. It applies to this site only; the Reaktion platform and reaktion.com have their own privacy policy.
1. What we collect and why
| Data | Purpose | Legal basis (GDPR art. 6) |
|---|---|---|
| Email address, and name and profile picture if you sign in with Google | To identify you, tie the exam result and certification to you and your agency, and contact you about the review | Performance of a contract (art. 6(1)(b)): the certification you request |
| Your exam answers, score, pass or fail, number of attempts, time spent, date and the page you came from | To score the exam, show your result, run the account review and keep a record of the certification | Performance of a contract (art. 6(1)(b)) |
| Company name and email domain | To match the certification to the agency and its Reaktion account for the review, and to list certified agencies | Performance of a contract and legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)) in verifying partners |
| LinkedIn post URL, contact name, delivery address, phone number, country | To verify the post and ship the Champagne and framed certificate; the phone number is used for delivery updates only | Performance of a contract (art. 6(1)(b)): the gift you claim |
| Review notes, certification status, certificate id, issue date | To administer, verify and, where needed, revoke certifications | Legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)) in the integrity of the programme |
| Technical data: IP address, browser type, request logs | To operate and secure the site and to prevent abuse | Legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)) in a secure service |
We do not use the exam to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects: the pass mark is applied automatically, but certification is always confirmed by a person during the account review.
2. Sign-in
You can sign in with your work email or with Google. With Google sign-in we receive your email address, name and profile picture from Google under Google’s terms; we do not receive your password and we request no other Google data. With email sign-in we store your address in a signed cookie in your browser for 30 days. We do not send verification emails or marketing emails from this site.
3. Cookies
The site sets only cookies that are necessary for it to work: the sign-in cookie described above and, with Google sign-in, the session cookies set by our authentication library. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this site, so no cookie consent banner is shown.
4. Who we share data with
We share data only with the processors we need to run the site, under data processing agreements:
- Vercel Inc. (USA, EU edge network): hosting of this site and of Reaktion’s internal partner system, where results and claims are stored.
- Prisma Data Inc. (database hosted in the EU, Frankfurt region): storage of results, reviews and claims.
- Google LLC: only if you choose to sign in with Google.
- Shipping carriers: name, address and phone number, only for delivering the gift you claimed.
Where a processor is outside the EU/EEA, transfers are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.
Your agency’s name and certification status may be published on reaktion.com’s certified partner list. Your personal name is not published without your agreement.
5. How long we keep data
- Exam attempts, results and certification records: for as long as the certification is valid and 3 years after it expires or is revoked, so that certificates can be verified and disputes handled.
- Delivery address and phone number: until the gift has been shipped and any delivery issue is resolved, then at most 12 months.
- Server logs: up to 30 days.
- Records we must keep under Danish bookkeeping law: 5 years from the end of the financial year.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email info@reaktion.com or hello@reaktion.com and we reply within one month. Deleting your exam record ends the certification linked to it. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.dk) or the supervisory authority in your own country.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, sign-in cookies are signed and inaccessible to scripts, the connection between this site and Reaktion’s internal system is authenticated with a secret key, and results are only visible to Reaktion staff with a reaktion.com login.
8. Changes
We update this policy when the site or our processing changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
