Terms and conditions

These terms govern the Reaktion Certification programme at reaktion-certification.com (the “Programme”), operated by Reaktion.com ApS, Vestre Paradisvej 9, 2840 Holte, Denmark (“Reaktion”, “we”, “us”). By signing in and taking the exam you accept these terms on your own behalf and on behalf of the agency you represent.
1. Who can take part
The Programme is aimed at marketing agencies and their staff who work with Reaktion on behalf of ecommerce clients. You must be at least 18 years old, use a work email address or Google account that you are entitled to use, and have authority to represent your agency. The Programme is free of charge.
2. The certification process
Certification has two parts:
- Part 1: the exam. A timed multiple-choice questionnaire. Each question must be answered within the time shown on screen. If the timer runs out, the exam restarts from the first question. You pass when at least 80% of your answers are correct. Your answers are scored by Reaktion’s systems, and the score shown on the results screen is the score of record.
- Part 2: the account review. After a passed exam, a Reaktion specialist reviews the tracking setup of the Reaktion account(s) your agency manages. We aim to reply within three working days but this is not guaranteed. Certification is only granted once the review is approved.
You may retake a failed exam. We may limit the number of attempts, change the question bank, the pass mark or the time limit, and we may void an attempt if we believe it was completed by someone else, with automated assistance, or by sharing questions or answers. Exam content is confidential and must not be copied, published or shared.
3. The certification and the badge
Once certified, your agency may use the “Reaktion Certified Agency Partner” badge and the certificate we issue, on your website, proposals and social media, to describe your agency truthfully. This is a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence. You must not alter the badge, use it for any other company, or present it in a way that suggests Reaktion endorses specific work, results or pricing. All Reaktion names, logos and marks remain the property of Reaktion.
Certification is issued to the agency and the person who passed the exam, and is valid for 12 months from the date of issue unless renewed or revoked. We may revoke a certification with notice if the agency stops using Reaktion, if the account review conditions are no longer met, if the badge is misused, or if these terms are breached. On revocation or expiry you must stop using the badge and certificate within 14 days.
Listing on the certified partner list on reaktion.com is at our discretion and may carry additional requirements, such as a minimum number of active client accounts on Reaktion.
4. Champagne and framed certificate
After a passed exam we offer a bottle of Champagne and a printed, framed certificate to agencies that publish a LinkedIn post about their certification and submit the claim form with the post URL and a delivery address. The following conditions apply:
- The gift ships only once the certification is confirmed after the account review.
- One gift per agency, regardless of how many team members pass the exam.
- The LinkedIn post must be public and genuinely about the certification; we verify it during the review.
- We ship to business addresses in the countries listed in the claim form. Shipping to other countries, or a substitute of similar value where alcohol cannot be shipped, is at our discretion.
- The recipient must be of legal drinking age in the delivery country.
- The offer may be changed or withdrawn at any time for claims not yet confirmed. It has no cash value.
5. Partner programme
Referral commissions mentioned on this site are subject to the separate Reaktion partner agreement and its tiers. Nothing on this site creates a right to commission on its own. See the Reaktion terms and conditions for the platform itself.
6. Your account and conduct
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you submit, including the delivery address, and for keeping your sign-in to yourself. You must not interfere with the site, attempt to access other people’s results, or use the site for anything unlawful.
7. Availability and changes
We provide the Programme “as is”. We may change, suspend or end the Programme, the site or these terms at any time. Material changes are published on this page with a new date. Certifications already granted remain valid for their term unless revoked under section 3.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Reaktion is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of business or profit, or any loss arising from reliance on a certification, an exam result or the availability of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Personal data
How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are subject to the courts of Denmark, with the Court of Copenhagen as the agreed venue where the law allows a venue to be agreed.
